We are going to find out how the factories make Crucible and Bessemer steel.
To make Crucible steel, it has to be melted and casted in ignots, requir ng very high temperature to melt the steel and isolation fire in order for the carbon content to remain constant. It will then be put in a vessel made of firecaly which is the crucible. When removed, the contents is emptied into molds.
To make Bessemer steel, the Bessemer Converter is tipped on the back with molten iron being poured into the upturned sprout. Scrap iron and steel are also added.Increased air pressure is applied until it is forced through the molten iron. Then it is emptied after half an hour.
